I’m from Córdoba, and I carry this land in my blood and soul. That’s why I’ve created a special tasting menu with seven traditional dishes and a main course, all prepared in front of you during the experience. You’ll see the full process, and if you’d like, you’re invited to join me in the kitchen to learn the techniques and help bring the recipes to life, from salmorejo to Spanish omelette, flamenquín, and more. Of course, no Cordoban meal would be complete without my homemade sangria, made with red wine, soda, and fresh fruit, a true local favorite. A fun, hands-on culinary experience with drinks included.
