Learn how to make your own fresh and unique cheese from scratch! This class will give you a tour of Italy's cheese-making traditions with tastings of cheeses from the different regions from north to south.
The cheeses will be served with homemade marmalade, honey, extra virgin olive oil and authentic aged balsamic from Modena.
The class is so simple, tasty and fun that you can repeat the experience at home with friends and family!
