Helmet, lock, map, repair kit (including first aid kit)
We will transfer you to Spooner's Tunnel (45 minute drive) with the bikes and you will cycle back to our base in Tahunanui.

No food or drink is provided, you will need to bring your own water bottle and purchase food along the trail ride back
