Escape the usual sightseeing and experience authentic village life on this private half-day tour in Sa Pa. After pick-up in town, travel to Sa Xeng Village, a peaceful mountain community where you’ll take part in daily activities with local people.
Start with a hands-on cooking session, choosing one traditional dish to prepare—colorful sticky rice, chewy bánh giày, a special local-style bánh chưng, or mèn mén, the H’Mong corn dish.
Then, step into the gardens for farming activities such as picking vegetables, harvesting fruit, watering plants, or helping care for buffaloes and goats. Capture unique photos of mountain life and animals along the way.
Next, join villagers in traditional folk games like bamboo dancing, tug of war, spinning tops, or walking on stilts.
