Plaza de Armas
As we drive through Santiago’s historic Plaza de Armas, you’ll enjoy a panoramic glimpse of the city’s cultural heart—right from the comfort of the van. From your window, you’ll spot the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, a stunning blend of neoclassical and baroque architecture that has stood watch over the square for centuries.
Just beside it, notice the elegant façade of the Central Post Office, a landmark full of charm and history, and the National Museum of Chilean History, housed in the former royal court building. You’ll also see the Municipal Building, another emblem of the city’s civic life.
Although this is a panoramic drive-by and we won’t be stopping, it offers the perfect opportunity to appreciate the richness of Santiago’s historic center as it unfolds before your eyes—a moment that adds depth and context to your journey through the city.

Plaza de La Constitucion
This square is located in the heart of downtown, right in front of La Moneda Palace, the seat of Chile’s government. Here, you can capture stunning photographs of the palace and explore Chilean history through the many monuments scattered around the square.
As you walk through this area, you’ll learn about Chile’s political history while admiring the heart of the country’s political center.
You'll also be able to admire the surrounding buildings, many of which house ministries and key institutions of Chile’s political power.
We will take a walk around the palace exterior to reach the country’s main avenue, where you’ll see the largest Chilean flag you’ll ever come across—an excellent spot for more photos!
We will also make a stop for lunch at a restaurant located directly across from La Moneda Palace.

Cerro Santa Lucia

Once inside the Costanera Center, we’ll take a high-speed elevator—whisking you up in under a minute—to the 61st floor, where a panoramic, fully glass-walled observation deck offers sweeping 360° views of Santiago and the Andes.
But the experience doesn’t stop there: we’ll also take you to the 62nd floor terrace, an open-air platform with tall glass railings that gives you an exhilarating sense of standing above the city while ensuring your safety.
From here, you’ll enjoy the city unfolding beneath you—historic neighborhoods, the modern skyline, and the majestic mountain range beyond. It’s a breathtaking viewpoint for photos, contemplation, and even a toast at the Sky 300 Bar & Café, located right at this altitude.
