Enjoy a pickup from your hotel and start the day with this exciting hike to one of Santiago's most beautiful trails.

Serra de Malagueta
The first stop is Serra Malagueta Natural Park, with an elevation of around 1,000 meters above sea level, hike among the park's endemic plants and enrich your knowledge of the local fauna and flora and enjoy breathtaking views of jagged hills and unforgettable landscape. Then, start your way down through the greenery and pass pleasant landscapes of deserted villages with a chance to see gray-headed kingfisher birds
Please note that the €2 per person to the park entrance is not included.

Meet local families on the way down and learn about their history and way of life in remote mountain areas. Stop for a picnic and continue towards the east coast and cross the Gongon to the magnificent Hortelã valley where your tour ends.
