Itinerary
You will visit three iconic places of Caribbean cuisine to taste some of their most representative dishes derived from ingredients that marked a before and after in our gastronomic history. There will be 12 tastings in total that will tell how Caribbean cuisine is a mixture of races, mainly indigenous, African and Spanish; what were the fundamental foods at the time of the Conquest and the dishes that derived from the fusion of the three cuisines.
These places capture the charm that characterizes the Caribbean region, with elements so unique and picturesque that they will serve as mouth-openers for travelers ‘hungry’ for knowledge and new flavors.
