Timetable and Punctuality Customers are encouraged to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver has a maximum waiting tolerance of 15 minutes from the agreed time. After that time, it will be considered as a “no-show” of the customer, and the service may be cancelled without the right of refund.

• Our driver will arrive at the hotel 10 minutes in advance of the agreed time. • The client has a complimentary 15-minute window to appear in the lobby or meeting point indicated. • After this time, a waiting fee will apply according to the prevailing rate or will be NO SHOW.
Meeting point at the hotel • Pick-up takes place in the main lobby of the hotel, unless the client indicates otherwise at the time of booking. • It is the responsibility of the client to be present at the agreed meeting point at the set time.
