Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. We track the flights and dispatch the driver according to the flight landing time. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the arrival hall at Costa Coffee Shop with the name board. For the hotel pick-up, Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the hotel lobby or dedicated meeting point with the name board.
