Piazza Navona is one of the most beautiful Baroque squares in Rome. Its shape reproduces the perimeter of the Stadium of Domitian, built in 86 AD. The square is overlooked by the Church of Sant'Agnese in Agone and features three incredible monumental fountains.

The Fountain of the Four Rivers is a stunning work of art by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, who completed it in 1651. The four giant human figures represent the Danube, the Ganges, the Nile and the Rio de la Plata.

The Church of Sant'Agnese in Agone is an impressive work by Francesco Borromini and is characterized by a grand facade with twin bell towers. It's dedicated to St. Agnes, a young martyr killed under the reign of Diocletian.
