You cross the Roussillon plain from Domaine Boudau, a Certified Organic Family Winery. The Pyrenees and the Mediterranean frame the landscape.

Domaine Boudau
After your reception at the estate, you will leave for a getaway in the vineyard where you will discover the specificity of the Rivesaltes terroir as well as the farming methods in Organic Farming. This is where it all begins: you will understand the impact of this terroir, the climate and the grape varieties. Always accompanied by your guide, head to the wine cellar. You will discover the key stages of winemaking and work in the cellar. You will observe the influence of aging on different cuvées, in stainless steel vats or in barrels, there is always a reason!
Finally, end your visit to the cellar with an introduction to wine tasting. You will learn the different stages of tasting and you will be able to begin to put words, feelings on the wines you will taste. After this morning, the wines of Rivesaltes will have no more secrets for you!
