Itinerary
We'll sit around a private table in a tastefully designed wine bar and sample 5 local wines from all over Sicily. Here, we will learn about the basic wine tasting techniques and also, what the different grapes and styles you can find in Sicily. With the specific wines we try, we will also discuss various food pairings that will compliment each wine. There will be a selection of delicious toasted bread and homemade dips, olives and our own extra virgin olive oil to accompany the wine tasting. You'll also get the chance to purchase any wines of your choice, so the fun can carry on wether you're travelling on to different pastures or simply watching the sunset on your lovely rooftop terrace.
