Our cheeses tell the story of our territory, our wooded pastures, our rural landscapes. Before tasting a cheese it is good to know its origin, ours begins its history in the pastures, these are the foundations of our product, they affect the nutritional and aromatic values. We bet everything on simple and natural cheeses, without added enzymes; for this we work them by hand without any heat treatment thus allowing to keep all its organoleptic characteristics intact.
