Rainbow Mountain: Summit of Seven Colors Adventure Your adventure begins early with a hotel pick-up between 4:00 and 4:20 am. Settle in for a scenic 2-hour drive through the quiet morning landscapes of the Cusco region, heading toward the town of Cusipata-Paucarpata.
Once you arrive, enjoy a delicious Andean breakfast to fuel up for the trek ahead. Surrounded by crisp mountain air and peaceful views, it’s the perfect start to a big day.
After breakfast, continue your journey by vehicle for another 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach Llaqto—the official starting point of the hike. Along the way, take in views of the snow-capped Wiñay Ritty mountain, whose name translates to “Forever Young.”
