This is not a standard class or a touristy food tour; it's a warm, authentic immersion into Italian culture. You'll learn some useful Italian expressions through real-life situations, connect with local people, and enjoy traditional Puglian flavors in a cozy home setting. What makes this experience unique is the personal touch: small groups (max 4 people), real conversations, and the chance to feel like you're living in Italy, not just visiting. Itinerary
We’ll start like true locals, shopping for our aperitivo in small neighborhood shops. You’ll meet my favorite salumiere and explore local specialties like capocollo, burrata, and prosciutto. Then we’ll head to a traditional panificio, while learning useful Italian phrases.
Back at my home, we’ll prepare and enjoy a delicious Puglian-style aperitivo with wine or non-alcoholic options. We’ll chat about local culture, daily life, and hidden gems in Puglia.
To end the evening, we’ll dive into an iconic Italian song. I’ll guide you through the lyrics, meanings, and expressions, and if you like, we’ll sing it together! You can also request a song when you book.
