An experience to live our traditions and know the origins of our cuisine in the typical Apulia buildings: i trulli surrounded by a peaceful nature.
The art of making the orecchiette (our traditional pasta) is part of a ritual made also of soil and wind, a time in the countryside, slowly spent for preparing our lunch collecting wild herbs, fruits, tomatoes, melons and all that our organic garden seasonaly produce.The same slow time lived by our grandmothers to prepare the daily lunch for all the family.

In our Trullo house, an Orecchiette masterclass, based on making the famous Puglia pasta and cooking 2 typical recipes. We will eat all together our preparations in a 3 course lunch/dinner based on seasonal products. It also includes a short historical tour about Trulli, one of the Puglia typical buildings, where we live. The class takes place in an outside area close to our garden. In case of bad weather, there's a comfortable kitchen-living room, also warmed/refreshed.
Available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from March to October. Write us for private class
