Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, one of the park’s most iconic and breathtaking features. Guests will take in stunning views of the canyon’s colorful walls, shaped by thousands of years of geothermal activity and erosion.
We’ll stop at key viewpoints such as Artist Point and other scenic overlooks, offering incredible perspectives of both the Upper and Lower Falls. You’ll have time to walk short paths, explore the area, and capture unforgettable photos of the canyon and waterfalls.
Your guide will share insights into the geology behind the canyon’s vibrant colors, the formation of the falls, and the history of this remarkable landscape. Hayden Valley
Travel through Hayden Valley, one of Yellowstone’s most iconic landscapes and a prime location for wildlife viewing. This expansive valley, shaped by the Yellowstone River, offers sweeping views and some of the best opportunities to see large herds of animals moving across open terrain.
Guests will have the chance to observe bison, often seen in impressive numbers, along with elk, waterfowl, and other bird species that thrive in this rich habitat. Hayden Valley is also known for predator activity, and with some luck, we may spot grizzly bears, wolves, or coyotes in the distance.
With multiple scenic pullouts, we’ll take time to stop, glass the valley with spotting scopes, and fully take in the landscape. Your guide will share insights into the ecosystem, predator-prey dynamics, and the seasonal behaviors that make Hayden Valley one of the most dynamic and exciting areas in the park.

Yellowstone Lake
Experience the vast beauty of Yellowstone Lake, the largest high-elevation lake in North America. Surrounded by mountain ranges and geothermal features, this expansive body of water offers stunning views and a peaceful contrast to the park’s more active landscapes.
Guests will have time to stop along the shoreline, take in the scenery, and capture photos of the lake’s deep blue waters set against the rugged backdrop of Yellowstone’s wilderness. This area is also home to a variety of wildlife, including waterfowl, elk, and occasionally bears along the shoreline.
