This includes the benefits, but also the cautions such as the law, conservation and especially our four step I.D process that you should not be foraging without. Then we set off to the canal about 2 miles away (we drive). The canal walk is super pretty - like a Monet painting in the Summer. Here you will get to 'meet' the plants and Di, your tutor will tell you all about them as you smell and even nibble them. We bring some back in your basket, back to the farm where you can 'plot' your plants onto paper, write their names by them, and photograph the paper.
