Ropeway of Tsaghkadzor
The City of Tsaghkadzor – a small Olympic town not far from Yerevan is approximately an hour’s drive away. The name of the city is referred to as “the gorge of flowers” since it is blooming with an variety of beautiful plants. According to the legend, these flowers were torn from the Pahlavuni princess’ garden and scattered over the land by the wind.
Here, you can take a ropeway ride. The Tsaghkadzor ropeway offers a scenic ride high above the mountains, giving riders a great view of the surrounding landscape. It's a popular spot for both tourists and locals looking to enjoy the beautiful nature and fresh air.

Kecharis Monastery
Kecharis Monastery is a medieval Armenian monastic complex dating back to the 11th to 13th centuries. Nestled in the Pambak mountains, Kecharis was founded by a Pahlavuni prince in the 11th century, and construction continued until the middle of the 13th century. In the 12th and 13th centuries, Kecharis was a major religious center of Armenia and a place of higher education. Today, the monastery has been fully restored.
