1
Kiama Blowhole
Blowholes are sometimes referred to as marine geysers and are a rare geological feature.
The Kiama blowhole is an intriguing place. As you wait for a wave to pass through the connected sea cave an air of anticipation arises.
When a loud swoosh is heard a high pressured release of sea water occurs in the form of a spectacular spray. Just to make sure you get your fill of blowholes we visit a second contrasting blowhole which shoots a more stylish seawater plume.
Sydney is fortunate to have such a wonderful natural entertainment system within a 2 hour drive.

2
Bombo Headland
The Bombo Headland Geological Site is a former quarry which contains remnants of many broken rocks. Basalt lava columns still remain in certain parts of the former quarry providing a surreal site against the background of the ocean. Photographers love this place!
30 minutes
3
Cathedral Rocks
A sea cave and stunning volcanic rocks jutting out of the ocean catch our attention when we visit Cathedral rocks.
30 minutes
4
Minnamurra Point
Minnamurra Point provides two lookouts, one for viewing whales and the other provides spectacular views of the beach and Stack Island.
30 minutes
5
Sea Cliff Bridge
Sea Cliff Bridge is an amazing bridge that was built to replace an existing road that required closure due to rockfalls from the enormous cliff face above it. The curvature of the road is unique and provides a breathtaking vantage point of the ocean and beach below.
30 minutes
6
Bald Hill Lookout & Hang Gliding Spot
Bald Hill is a place where you can watch hang gliders take off and sail above you. It is also a great spot to view the beaches south to Wollongong and is yet another spectacular lookout spot.
15 minutes
7
Royal National Park
At this point we make our way to the Forest Track in the Royal National Park and walk through a luscious rainforest. Large hanging roots, birds nest and staghorn ferns, cedar trees and palms are a real treat. We may even get lucky and come across a lyre bird!
As our tours are flexible you can choose to replace the rainforest walk with a coastal walk to Wedding Cake Rock. Both take around the same time (90 minutes) so either walk does not throw out our busy agenda.
1 hour and 30 minutes
8
Symbio Wildlife Park
We can either do the previously mentioned rainforest walk or instead visit Symbio Wildlife Park.
This is a flexible private tour so you get choices!
Symbio has an expansive area where kangaroos and wallabies roam free.
Other native animals include koalas, echidnas, Tasmanian devils, wombats, dingoes, wedge tailed eagles and numerous native birds including the delightful Gouldian Finch.
Non native animals located at Symbio include cheetahs, loveable meerkats, red pandas and ring tailed lemurs.
You can nominate either of these choices on the day if you cant decide now.
