Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum
The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum was opened by remodeling the main brewery No. 1, which was actually used for sake brewing until the mid-1960s.
Inside, the traditional sake brewing process is preserved and the work is recreated.
The process of making sake is displayed in a three-dimensional and easy-to-understand manner, including life-sized dolls.
