This activity is an amazing experience for those of all ages. At Crystal River Manatee Adventures we try our absolute best to make it a once in a lifetime trip. The day starts with free parking at our shop and then we provide transportation down to the boat, just a short drive away. We will then take a ride out to the Gulf of Mexico and find a spot where we think we’ll find lots of scallops! With the trip all equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins) is included. We also have a cooler filled with water and ice on the boat, which you can use for any food or beverages you bring along with you. Itinerary
This activity begins at our shop where you’ll then be transported down to the boat. From there we have a nice boat ride out to the Gulf of Mexico. Your captain will find a great spot where he thinks the scallops will be plentiful, upon finding our spot the in-water guide who will be assisting you to collect your scallops will go over a quick demonstration on what to do and look for. From that point on the scallop adventure begins!
