Itinerary
1
Pearl Harbor National Memorial
Begin your visit at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial Visitor Center, the main hub for the Pearl Harbor experience. Guests can explore exhibit galleries, outdoor memorial areas, waterfront views, historical displays, and visitor center spaces that provide context about the events of December 7, 1941.
Your driver/host will provide background before arrival, but guests explore the visitor center and memorial areas independently once on site. Optional multimedia/audio tours may be available separately through Pearl Harbor’s official ticketing options.
Please note that site access, exhibit availability, and daily operations may change due to maintenance, weather, safety conditions, or official Pearl Harbor operations.
2 hours
2
USS Arizona Memorial
Visit the USS Arizona Memorial, built above the sunken battleship where service members lost their lives during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Guests experience this solemn memorial program independently and have time to reflect on one of the most significant moments in U.S. history.
When reservations are available, we secure USS Arizona Memorial program reservations in advance for your group. If reservations are unavailable due to National Park Service release limits, guests may choose to join the official standby line at Pearl Harbor; standby access is not guaranteed and depends on daily operations.
Program availability is determined by the National Park Service and U.S. Navy and may change due to ticket availability, weather, maintenance, safety conditions, or operational changes.
1 hour
3
USS Bowfin Submarine Museum & Park
Optional paid add-on if time allows. The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum / USS Bowfin is not included in the tour price, but guests may choose to purchase admission separately on site if the schedule allows. This attraction highlights the role of submarines during World War II and includes exhibits about life aboard a wartime submarine. Visit time depends on the day’s Pearl Harbor schedule, USS Arizona Memorial timing, traffic, and overall tour flow.
30 minutes
4
National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific
Pass by Punchbowl, officially known as the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, a solemn site honoring U.S. service members. Your driver/host will share brief context from the vehicle as you pass through or near the area, depending on route timing and access. This portion is experienced from the vehicle only and does not include unloading or a walking stop.
5
Downtown Honolulu
Enjoy a drive through historic Downtown Honolulu, passing key civic and cultural landmarks from the vehicle. Your driver/host will share brief context as you pass through the area, helping guests understand how Honolulu connects to Hawaiʻi’s monarchy, government, and modern capital city. This is a drive-by portion of the tour and does not include unloading or walking stops unless timing and conditions allow.
6
Iolani Palace
Pass ʻIolani Palace, a National Historic Landmark in Downtown Honolulu and the only official royal palace in the United States. The palace was once home to Hawaiʻi’s monarchs, including King Kalākaua and Queen Liliʻuokalani, and remains an important symbol of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
This portion is typically viewed from the vehicle as part of the Downtown Honolulu drive-by route. A brief exterior photo stop may be possible if timing, traffic, parking, and overall tour flow allow, but interior palace tours are not included in this Pearl Harbor experience.
7
King Kamehameha Statue
Pass the King Kamehameha I Statue, one of Honolulu’s most recognized landmarks, located near ʻIolani Palace and Aliʻiōlani Hale. The bronze statue honors King Kamehameha I, the ruler who unified the Hawaiian Islands under one kingdom.
Your driver/host will point out the statue during the Downtown Honolulu drive-by route and share brief context from the vehicle. A quick exterior photo stop may be possible if timing, traffic, parking, and overall tour flow allow, but this is typically a pass-by portion of the Pearl Harbor experience.
