Prescott National Forest
Ponderosa to Goldwater Lake
This route is one of our favorites. It has a good mix of get your heart pumping off-road thrills and some of the most picturesque views you'll find. We keep this trip mostly in the tall pines with lots of steep ascents and descents and a few water crossings. We finish up with a 15 minute break at Goldwater lake for pictures and then return to the Square.
