Our airport representative will be receiving you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and s/he will be displaying a Nepal Promote Treks & Expedition signboard outside the airport terminal. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist vehicle.
Note: Our guide will provide you with a briefing on the EBC trek, which will serve as your pre-trip meeting. Please ensure that you take this opportunity to ask any questions you may have. At the meeting, your trek leader/guide will be introduced to you. To ensure a smooth meeting, please bring your passport, three passport-sized photos, and a legible copy of your travel insurance policy. Additionally, please settle any due balances and sign the legally binding trip form as well as the non-liability disclaimer during the meeting.
