Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a particularly well-preserved medieval village. The 12th-century church and winding alleyways will whisk you back in time. From its perched position, the village boasts impressive views over the Loup Valley and the Mediterranean Sea. The Bastide aux Violettes museum celebrates Tourrettes' traditional industry (ticket not included). The village still produces violets today, which are used in perfumes and candies. These make wonderful souvenirs and are available in the town's boutiques.

St-Paul-de-Vence
Stop for lunch in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and savor southern French cuisine before exploring the village. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a beautifully preserved medieval village, but it is most famous for being a hub for 20th-century artists. Marc Chagall, Henri Matisse, Amadeo Modigliani, and James Baldwin all have connections to the village, with Chagall being buried here. The narrow streets are lined with art galleries and boutiques. Walk along the old ramparts for impressive views of the Mediterranean and Alps.
