Istiqlal Mosque
Istiqlal Mosque is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and the sixth largest in the world by worshipper capacity. It's name, “Istiqlal,” means “Independence” in Arabic. Located in the heart of Jakarta, directly opposite the National Cathedral, the mosque stands as a symbol of peace and religious tolerance.
