Itinerary
Kickoff your 10-11 hour day trip with hotel pickup from anywhere in Tbilisi. Visit the ancient capital of Georgia Mtskheta and the Svetitskhoveli cathedral (XI c . UNESCO sight) (45 minutes). Afterwards, you will have the chance to visit Jvari monastery (VI c. UNESCO sight) and enjoy a wonderful panorama over the ancient capital (30 minutes).
Moving forward, you will drive through Georgian military road towards Kazbegi/Stepantsminda. On the way you will visit Ananuri fortress on Jinvali dam (30 minutes).
