Itinerary
We will meet in front of the renowned Chocolat pastry shop in the center of Ferrara, from which we will then set off to discover three historic shops: a butcher, a greengrocer and a shop selling typical products where we will buy the ingredients needed to create the menu. Once home, a welcome glass will be offered, coming directly from the cellars of the area. We will then get to the heart of the experience, wearing our apron and cooking. We will create a complete menu: appetizer, first course of homemade pasta, second course with side dish and final dessert with a matching glass on course.
