Selous Game Reserve
Upon your arrival, your driver will be waiting either at the airport or your hotel in Zanzibar, as well as at the port if necessary. From there, you'll head straight to Nyere National Park, previously known as Selous Game Reserve. Arriving around lunchtime or late afternoon, you'll enjoy a scenic boat safari along the river until sunset, spotting hippos and crocodiles. Later, you'll return to Selous Mapumziko Lodge for dinner and spend the night.
