This activity is recommended for people of all ages from the age of 14 where they will experience sliding in the waves of Playa de Las Americas where you will live an unforgettable experience.
The activity is 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as surfboard, neoprene, escarpments and lycra where you will start with a theory of 20 minutes where we will explain the basics of surfing , techniques to be able to enjoy with our first waves. Basic Theory (15-20 minutes) Before entering the water, we will explain the most important aspects of land surfing, so you can start the class with the necessary information and know what is expected during the session in the water. Positions on the surfboard: We started by teaching the basic positions on the surfboard. We will explain the correct posture and how to position yourself on the board depending on your dominant side (right or left), as this will influence the direction you will move on the waves.
