Fatima, a professional chef, has always been passionate about cuisine and culture and learned to cook the family recipes from a young age, which has been passed down from generation to generation. She enjoys cooking Alentejo cuisine, from the region of Evora where she was born, also food from Algarve, where she lived and worked for 29 years. Fatima also bakes bread, makes traditional pastries and chocolate. She has always enjoyed being a host and looks forward to cooking, sharing stories and meeting new people from around the world.
