Torre dos Clérigos
Discover one of Porto’s most iconic and vibrant areas, centered around Clérigos Tower and Church. This part of the city also includes the famous Lello Bookstore, the twin Carmo and Carmelitas churches, the hidden house, and the University district. Due to its central location, this area is usually experienced in a dynamic way, with occasional short stops when possible.
3
Miradouro da Vitória
Discover some of Porto’s most beautiful viewpoints, such as Vitória, Virtudes or Fontainhas, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the historic center and the Douro River. Stops at these locations may be included when timing and access allow.

Luís I Bridge
Experience Porto’s oldest district, descending through medieval streets and the historic Jewish quarter towards Ribeira. Along the way, discover Praça do Infante, the Palácio da Bolsa, the Church of São Francisco, and the Casa do Infante, one of the oldest buildings in the city.
Due to restricted access in this area, stops are typically made across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia, offering the best views over Ribeira and the iconic Luís I Bridge.
5
Catedral do Porto
Admire Porto’s cathedral and surrounding medieval area from the outside, including the Fernandina walls and São Bento station.
6
Miradouro do Jardim do Morro
Enjoy one of the best panoramic views of Porto, including the Serra do Pilar Monastery and the Gaia riverfront. This is one of the main stops of the tour, ideal for photos and taking in the view.

7
Cais de Gaia
Enjoy one of the most iconic views of Porto from the Gaia riverfront, with a privileged perspective over Ribeira and the Luís I Bridge. This area is also home to the famous Port wine cellars and the traditional rabelo boats, once used to transport the wine along the Douro River. A stop is often included here to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere.

Miradouro Reserva Natural Estuario do Douro
Pass through the traditional fishing village of Afurada, known for its authentic riverside character, before reaching the Douro Estuary viewpoint. From here, enjoy open views where the river meets the Atlantic, framed by the impressive Arrábida Bridge. This is one of the most scenic and lesser-known viewpoints of Porto.
10 minutes
9
Casa da Música
Discover Porto’s modern side as you pass by Casa da Música and follow Boavista Avenue, one of the city’s main urban axes leading towards the coast. The route continues through the City Park, the largest urban park in Portugal, with a possible stop to enjoy its green spaces and relaxed atmosphere, before reaching the seaside near Castelo do Queijo.
10
Matosinhos
Experience the coastal atmosphere of Matosinhos, known for its wide sandy beach and strong connection to the sea.
11
Foz do Douro
Explore the coastal side of Porto, where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. This area includes Passeio Alegre, the river mouth, lighthouses and historic fortresses such as São João Baptista, with the opportunity to enjoy a coffee and a traditional pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tart) by the sea. From here, the route continues along the scenic riverfront, passing through traditional neighborhoods like Miragaia and the historic Alfândega area, gradually returning to the city center.
