Le Terme del Foro si trovano alle spalle del Tempio di Giove Il settore termale, sviluppato per circa 410 mq, L'edificio ha sia una sezione maschile che una femminile ed entrambe le sezioni avevano un ingresso indipendente. A rifornire d'acqua le terme era l'acquedotto del Serino anche se disponevano di un pozzo nel caso di mancanza d'acqua.
