After booking confirmation, the guest will receive pickup details via Viator or WhatsApp. On the day of travel, our driver will pick up the guest from their hotel or selected location in Colombo or Negombo in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. The driver will assist with boarding and provide bottled water.
The journey will continue according to the itinerary, including stops at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and Kandy city attractions. The driver will wait at each stop and ensure comfortable and safe transportation throughout the tour.
