Petra
Petra city is the most famous destination to visit In Jordan and even in Middle East region which gained its Importance from being one of the new world seven wonders in 2007 and also being on the UNESCO heritage list since 1985. Petra was found to be a capital city of the Nabti state.
Petra tour starts from your hotel in Amman when our driver pick you up to drive towards the unique city in a 2.5 hours’ drive until arrival to city. From there you will take your horse to from the visitors’ center to ride crossing the canyons or “Siq” to reach firstly the treasury which is a magnificent breath-taking stone sculpted façade.
Next you will process to the monastery which gained a religious importance, then you will cross to see the circle-half shaped roman amphitheater which was used for gatherings and shows within old times.
After that you will pass the “girl palace” one of the few built parts of city which remained although multiple earthquakes took place in the area. Before you continue to the court and next the great temple other than the first temple. And finally to discover the altar which is dated back to what before Nabti times.
By end of trip, you will get out to take your vehicle once again heading capital for overnight
