Guided by passionate local chef, you will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, skillfully roll and cut it into silky tagliatelle, and shape delicate ravioli filled with seasonal ingredients.
You will also prepare traditional sauces inspired by the freshest products of the season, understanding how simplicity and quality define Italian cooking. To complete the experience, you’ll craft a rich and indulgent tiramisu, following a recipe passed down through generations.
