This tour requires you to be able to stand for an extended period of time. It is 15 steps to the bakery on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

Get hands on and learn authentic French baking techniques from an expert baker during these small-group insider experiences (max 8 guests) that are perfect for families. Choose from either a "Traditional Baking Class", or a "Make Your Own Macarons Class".
Traditional Baking Experience: You’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.
You’ll learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, and baguette-shaping techniques.
And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavour influences what you create.
