Itinerary
Known as Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP), this sport consists of standing on a larger and more stable board than surfing, while carrying a single-bladed paddle to navigate the sea, lakes or estuaries. Its main advantage is that you can go out to sea without the need for wind or waves that day, since they are not essential as in surfing; although, if they appear, you can also surf with the same board.
We will begin to explore the waters that bathe La Herradura, a protected natural area that stands out for its steep coasts and small coves.
