You First Pilates offers you the opportunity to come and do a Pilates session surrounded by nature, in the middle of trees, by a lake, in a park located in the city center; the view of the mountains is always guaranteed!
To ensure your comfort, thick and fluffy carpets will be provided, so you have almost nothing to take with you.
Regardless of your level or age, the sessions offered are always adaptable to everyone. A main option will be given, then, depending on the profile of each, a simpler or more difficult option will be indicated to allow everyone to enjoy and learn to the maximum.
