This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Lin will pick you up from your Chiang Mai hotel and take you to a local market with numerous fruit, vegetable and meat stalls. At the market, you will be introduced to the ingredients used in Lanna cuisine that you will later use in your cooking class. Since Lin grows her own vegetables in her organic garden, her knowledge on local ingredients is exceptional.
