Right in front of the Atomic Bomb Museum is Hypocenter Park. We’ll see the memorial monument and part of a church that was destroyed in the blast. You can also view preserved ground layers from the time of the bombing. If you wish, we can also take a quiet moment for prayer.

On the way to Peace Park, we’ll stop to see an air-raid shelter from the time of the war. Then we’ll walk through the park, passing the Peace Fountain and monuments donated by countries from around the world. Finally, we’ll arrive at the iconic Peace Statue, a symbol of Nagasaki and peace, where we can take photos together.

Let’s head to Glover Garden via a hidden local route. Along the way, we’ll enjoy views of the shipyards and beautiful seasonal flowers. At the end, we’ll visit a museum dedicated to Nagasaki’s famous Kunchi Festival. You can sit down and watch festival videos there, so it’s also a nice spot to take a short break.
