Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque
the reader is considered a tourist attraction, as visits are allowed daily from eight in the morning until 11 in the morning, with a library and a lecture hall. The design of the mosque is distinguished by its containing a number of folk arts and murals, such as Moroccan zellij art and Mongol murals, in addition to the corridors, the door, the lighthouses, the gardens, and the water fountains. The mosque was built on a site occupying 416,000 square meters and the building extends to cover an area of 40,000 square metres. It was inaugurated by Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, on May 4, 2001.

Mutrah Fort

Royal Opera House
The Royal Opera House Muscat is the first opera house in the Arabian Gulf region and in the Arabian Peninsula. Sultan Qaboos ordered its construction in 2001 AD. Construction work on the building began in 2007 AD and ended on October 12, 2011 AD. It was built on a vast area of eighty thousand square meters, and the built-up area is more than twenty-five thousand square metres.
The Royal Opera House is a multi-use building that can host various events such as opera concerts, concerts and plays, in addition to conferences and many cultural and artistic forums that reflect contemporary Omani architecture, and can accommodate a maximum of 1,100 people. The Opera House complex consists of a concert theatre, an auditorium and formal gardens, a cultural market with retail and fine dining and an art center for musical, theatrical and operatic productions.

Al Alam Palace
the palace was built in 1972, two years after Sultan Qaboos bin Said bin Taimur Al Saidi took power. The Sultan ordered a major maintenance operation to be carried out on the palace.
