Participants should not have gone diving 24 hours before the climb.

It is mandatory to present yourself with proper mountain boots and equipment suitable for the activity. Failure to meet these requirements may result in exclusion from the climb, including by decision of the Mountain House, without the right to a refund

All participants must be in good physical condition and have motor coordination. Please inform Tripix Azores of any physical restrictions, including issues with lower limbs, vertigo, mental health, heart problems, asthma, diabetes, pregnancy, or other health conditions.

Itinerary
Pico Mountain in the Azores is the highest mountain in Portugal - 2351mt - and the third highest volcano in the northern hemisphere of the Atlantic Ocean.
It is a challenging mountaineering activity and a rewarding experience, with a medium / high degree of difficulty depending on the climb option chosen (Daytime - Medium, Nighttime - Medium / High and Overnight - High) with some technical requirements, good preparation and physical coordination.
We strongly recommend this activity to active people, sedentary people will find it more difficult to carry out the activity.
