Pick up from your accommodation in Marrakech and drive through the scenic High Atlas Mountains. Our first stop will be the famous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This fortified village has served as the backdrop for many Hollywood productions, including Game of Thrones, Gladiator, and Lawrence of Arabia. Historically, it was also a strategic fortress on the ancient caravan routes linking Sub-Saharan Africa to Marrakech.
We will then continue to Ouarzazate, where we will make a photo stop at the Taourirt Kasbah. The journey will then lead us along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing through the Skoura Oasis, the Valley of Roses, and charming Berber villages.
