Our exciting half-day journey starts when we meet you at your hotel's lobby. A certified bilingual guide will take you through the history and culture of Monte Albán, which is a major urban center built by the Zapotec Culture. It is the most important archaeological site in Oaxaca, and it has been proclaimed Cultural Heritage of Humanity along with the City of Oaxaca by UNESCO on December 11th, 1997.
