Ancient mexican cooking techniques and flavors, fresh ingredients, tortillas from scratch... everything is ready for you to enjoy a cultural immersion in Mexican food, culture, and traditions, all this in a beautiful Mexican house, nestled among the always green and beautiful Yucatan jungle... Our Culinary experience starts with a brief introduction and examples of México's essential ingredients and flavors, most representative food, how to classify and bu dry chiles, and all about tortilla process. Then, we´ll go through the whole process, from scratch, to prepare and cook an authentic and traditional Mexican meal, including the star of Mexican food: tortillas from scratch!
