During my hands-on cooking workshop, I will give you an inside look into Moroccan culture and cuisine.
You will learn how to make a quintessential Moroccan tajine with couscous and all the accompaniments.
After visiting the world famous covered market, La Boqueria, to purchase our ingredients, we go to my modern workshop kitchen in the colorful, multi-cultural area of Raval in Old Town.
If it is a holiday and La Boqueria is closed we will visit several local shops to purchase our ingredients.
We start by building our tajine since it takes 3 hours to cook on a slow setting.
