Another way to learn about a country is knowing there own food. In this experience you will have a chance to learn about the food and lifestyle of a local when he has his meals in places other than his mom’s or wife’s hands. And that will be only in local ressautants. And as I will be leading you , it will be an authentic local experience « eat like a local » .
We will be starting with Moroccan crepes , a famous starter for locals when they come to main square. One is consider to be the morning one and the other one to be the evening one. After that we will move to food stalls in the main square to taste the moroccan soup with dates. After that we will head for a local resturant to have a wonderful dish which will be vegetarian and a special dish known as tangia. After that we will be moving to olives tasting , then moroccan sweets and in the end we will join a jus stall to get a fresh fruit jus.
