Are you ready to turn your hobbies into a business?
Upon your arrival at our Gallery, we will introduce you to the batik making process and history of batik. Then, you will start to sketch the design of your batik scarf. We will give you some inspiration and templates as well.
After the sketch is done, you will use a traditional tool called "Canting" to apply hot wax on your sketch. This is a unique method used for more than 100 years to decorate motif on fabric.
The next step is coloring. You can paint your fabric with any of the beautiful fabric dyes we have in our workshop. You can even mix custom colors. Paint your batik with bursts of color and voila you have completed your own batik masterpiece. This an easy process and is fun for the...
